<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cut editing of AV data whose frame size is variable without copying the large quantities of data of an editing source file. <P>SOLUTION: An IN point, a junction point, and an OUT point of first and second files A and B of the editing source are appointed. Accordingly, the forward frame of the junction point in the first file A is regarded as the OUT point, and the backward frame of the junction point in the second file B is regarded as the IN point to create a bridge file for connecting the OUT point in the first file and the IN point in the second file. The bridge file is recorded in the record medium in which the files A and B are recorded. An editing result file which regards, as file system information, the information indicating a recording position from the IN point to the OUT point in the file A, a recording position from the IN point to the OUT point in the file B, and a recording position in the bridge file in the record medium is created. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
