IMAGE GENERATING DEVICE, GAME MACHINE, AND IMAGE GENERATING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating device, a game machine and an image generating program capable of inhibiting provision of visually discomfort images in the variable display of symbols.

SOLUTION: The image generating device comprises a variation speed control part 501 for moving symbols at such variation speed as to display the symbols in such a state that the symbols move at a prescribed speed or slower or are stopped based on the relation between the speed of feeding frames of images and the intervals of the symbols; a synchronized symbol specifying part 504 for specifying the synchronized symbols displayed in such a state that the symbols move at the prescribed speed or slower or are stopped; and a symbol changing part 505 for changing the synchronized symbols so that the specified synchronized symbols are of the same kind.
