PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which facilitates the finding of a desired image among a large number of images, and to provide an image display program and a photographing device. SOLUTION: In an image display area 66, images in a selected folder are arrayed in a cross shape, and a center image Pc is displayed at the crossing point of the images arrayed in the cross shape so as to be larger than other images. In the array of the images in the cross shape, images are displayed horizontally in the order of photography days and times, and images having image information (metainformation) close to the center image Pc are displayed vertically in the order of photography days and times including the center image Pc as the center. An image operation icon display area 68 includes frame operation keys 70 (left key 70L, right key 70R, up key 70U, and down key 70D) for the frame feeding/reversing of the center image Pc and rotation keys 72 (counterclockwise rotation key 72L and clockwise rotation key 72R) for rotating the image by 90°.
