PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment furnace for waste glass which is enabled to lower the running cost and recover only a glass layer from the waste glass. SOLUTION: The heat treatment furnace 1 for waste glass comprises a table 30 having a ventilating property and on which waste glass W consisting of glass layers W1 and W2 and a resin layer W3 containing a thermoplastic resin and joined to the glass layers W1 and W2 are placed, and a down stage chamber 22D installed under the table 30 and controlled at a temperature equal to the evaporation starting temperature of the thermoplastic resin or higher, and an upper stage chamber 22U installed above the table 30 and controlled at a temperature lower than the glass softening temperature of the glass layers W1 and W2.
