<p>A waterproof mechanism for an emulsion pump is mainly used for mounting in the emulsion pump of a liquid container and can prevent outside liquid from entering an inside of the container. On the one hand, at least one notch (15) extending from lower end edge of a locking pipe (13) along at least a part of length of the locking pipe is formed at the locking pipe of a pressing head (10), and upper end of the notch is disposed such that when the pressing head is located at lower limit position of one pressing stroke corresponding to a cylinder cover (20) it is higher than upper surface (25) of the cylinder cover. On the other hand, male screw on the locking pipe extends upwards helically from lower end edge of the locking pipe, while female screw (26) on center through hole (21) of the cylinder cover extends downwards helically from upper end edge of the center through hole. All above said two mechanisms can prevent outside liquid being sucked into the inside of the container effectively during pumping operation.</p> |
