<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a system which has a further improved effect of reducing the surface tension of water in magnetic treatment over the prior art technique, and to provide a system which can clean an object without the need to add a surfactant such as a detergent by virtue of reduced surface tension. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A water treatment system for providing surface tension reduced water subjected to magnetic treatment and photocatalyst treatment, the water treatment system comprising a flow passage through which water can be passed, a magnetic treatment apparatus for subjecting water being passed through the flow passage to magnetic treatment, and a photocatalyst apparatus for subjecting water being passed through the flow passage to photocatalyst treatment.</p> |
