Provided are a decompression drying device and a decompression drying method using the same. The decompression drying device comprises: a chamber including an upper end surface and a lower end surface which are parallel to each other; a decompression unit configured to discharge air inside a chamber and decompress the inside of the chamber; and a baffle plate located inside the chamber. The distance between the baffle plate and the upper end surface of the chamber becomes shorter toward the center of the baffle plate.
