REFORMING UNIT, AND FUEL CELL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of efficiently stably reforming in simple structure.

SOLUTION: A reforming unit 300 of the fuel cell system is equipped with a reformer 620; a reforming outer packaging case 610 in which a CO transformer 820 and a selective CO oxidizing device 830 are housed; a piping outer packaging case 710; a CO removing outer packaging case 810; a plurality of block-shaped heat insulating materials 511B installed along the outer peripheral surfaces of the reforming outer packaging case 610, the piping outer packaging case 710, and the CO removing outer packaging case 810; and a shell 540 covering the outer peripheral surfaces of the heat insulating materials 511B.
