<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack structure fixing a battery to a case body while suppressing increase of the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: This battery pack structure is provided with: a battery 20 including a plurality of stacked battery cells 21; a battery case 31 storing the battery 20; and binding bands 50 generating fastening force in the stacking direction of the battery cells 21 to integrally hold the plurality of battery cells 21.
