PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic surgery device increasing the accuracy of the treatment.

SOLUTION: The endoscopic surgery device comprises a treatment instrument 201 with the moving function, inserted into a channel of an endoscope 101 and having a treatment part 202 with the treatment function; a setting means for setting a reference position O as a reference for treatment by the treatment instrument 201 and a reference direction D relative to the reference position O; a detection means for detecting the state of movement of the treatment instrument 201 in the reference direction D relative to the reference position O; and a control means for controlling the moving function or treatment function based on the state of movement.
