<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for performing acceptance judgment of a session, namely, performing judgment whether or not a band is secured in an application for setting the session in an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: An acceptance judgment device of a call (session) setting holds users on the basis of numbers (for example, lower four digits of telephone numbers) irrelevant to local information, estimates use conditions of bands for every link all over the country from information about call origination from the numbers of the users or incoming calls to the number, origination/incoming information about either of the call origination and the incoming calls, equipment information, routing information about the users, session settings occupied in all the users or ratio of users held by a dedicated device and performs the acceptance judgment using the estimation results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
