PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when an abnormality occurs in a power system monitoring control device, there are taken, as countermeasures for the case that a part of functions of the control device has been lost, an avoidance countermeasure for multiplying the power system monitoring control device, and an avoidance countermeasure for mutually backing up the power system monitoring control devices between and among a plurality of control sites in each of which the power system monitoring control device is installed, however, these countermeasures cause a rise in equipment investment expense, operation expense or the like. SOLUTION: The power system monitoring control device includes: a remote monitoring control device comprising a monitoring function which collects system information received from system equipment, and monitors the state of a system, a TC display function which reads the stored system information, and a Web server function which transmits the information read by the TC display function to an external device via a network; and an operation terminal device which is linked to the remote monitoring control device by being connected to the network, and includes a display/setting function which requires the system information of the system equipment to the remote monitoring control device, and receives the required information.
