PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user that communication is not possible with appropriate timing. SOLUTION: Customer premise equipment is a repeater which is provided between a user computer and a server, repeats communication between the user computer and the server, and is provided with: a command detection part 51 for detecting a command including a phenomenon content for specifying a start date and time when a prescribed phenomenon that communication is not possible with a server starts and the phenomenon; a storage part 41 for storing the start date and time and the phenomenon content; and a notification part 59 for outputting the phenomenon content before the stored start date and time.
