ACOUSTIC MATCHING LAYER AND ULTRASONIC OSCILLATOR USING THE SAME, AND ULTRASONIC CURRENT METER/FLOWMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic oscillator with stable characteristics, which prevents an adhesive from being absorbed by an acoustic matching layer to cause a defect in adhesion when the acoustic matching layer which is porous is bonded. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic oscillator is constituted having a fine layer 2 on a bonding surface of the acoustic matching layer 1, so when the acoustic matching layer 1 is bonded with the adhesive, the adhesive is not absorbed by the acoustic matching layer 1 to obtain the ultrasonic oscillator having stable characteristics.
