PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device capable of efficiently performing AGC control by combining analog AGC control and digital AGC control. SOLUTION: The radio device is provided with an analog AGC control part (7) and a digital AGC control part (9), performs the AGC control by the analog AGC control part (7) until the digital AGC control part (9) is normally operated, and performs the AGC control by the digital AGC control part (9) after the digital AGC control part (9) is normally operated.
