PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern structure wherein a pattern on an integrated circuit element mounting surface is efficiently laid around, with respect to a piezoelectric oscillator wherein an integrated circuit element is arranged on the bottom of an insulating substrate on which a quartz resonator is mounted. SOLUTION: In the pattern structure, each of patterns extended on an integrated circuit element mounting surface from two first center integrated circuit element terminals out of a plurality of integrated circuit element terminals formed along two parallel sides of one side is laid around to an approximately center portion of two opposite sides on the integrated circuit element mounting surface, which is most close to the first center integrated circuit element terminal, and each of patterns extended on the integrated circuit element mounting surface from two second center integrated circuit element terminals out of a plurality of integrated circuit element terminals formed along two parallel sides of the other side is laid around to an approximately center portion of two opposite sides on the integrated circuit element mounting surface through a space between the first center integrated circuit element terminal and the other terminal.
