SOLUTION: An electric component 1 comprises a substrate 10, a wiring pattern 21, and a fluorescent material 31. Regarding the wiring pattern 21, a portion 21a thereof is disposed on a surface 10a. The fluorescent material 31 covers a part of an area, different from the area where the portion 21a of the wiring pattern 21 is disposed, on the surface 10a around the portion 21a.
