PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that, in the conventional transformation-rectification unit and its wiring method, a secondary output line 1b is coincidentally fastened to a stud side terminal 11, and the fixing of each diode D1, D2 and the fixing of the secondary output line 1b are coincidentally conducted to make the assembling work difficult, thereby prolonging the time required for the assembling work. SOLUTION: Output terminal plates 20 having vertical parts 20a are respectively fixed to each stud side terminal 11 before inserted in a fixing hole 15a, and the output terminal plate 20 having the same potential as that of each stud side terminal 11 are interposed between each bolt head part 12 and a heat radiating plate 15 when each diode D1, D2 is fixed to the heat radiating plate 15.
