PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a recording/reproducing device itself is made large when a disk loading device is disposed in the recording/reproducing device in order to solve problems of a scratch on a disk due to incomplete disk loading, a disk reading failure or a disk loading/unloading difficulty when the disk is loaded/unloaded, regarding the recording/reproducing device using the disk for a recoding medium. SOLUTION: In a position where recording/reproducing is made possible to the disk 5, one frame side face 13 of a holder frame is positioned on the same plane as that of a drive 1 in a plane parallel to a disk recording surface.
