PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is necessary to draw a picture of the same merchandise repeatedly every time an information is transmitted, and it becomes unclear for a user by the skill level of drawing the picture, and it may cause a mischief such that a home page is changed by other person, because of displaying the transmitted information as a home page as it is, in the information dispatch apparatus using a conventional facsimile in relation to the dispatch information creation support apparatus which supports creation and update of information for transmitting information transmitted from a facsimile to the internet. SOLUTION: A creation of the home page is directed by combining a hand-written information and a picture which is transmitted beforehand. Information such as an ID and a registration facsimile number is enciphered and is recorded as a QR code etc on a sheet. A center receives only the information from the registration facsimile and prevents a mischief. Some kinds of formats are prepared for the home page.
