PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition having excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and sliding properties as various resin members and further reducing a sliding sound, a contact sound, a collision sound etc. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition is a resin composition comprising (a) 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, (b) 1-30 pts.mass of potassium titanate whiskers and (c) 0.01-20 pts.mass of substituted amides having a structure of R<SB>1</SB>-CONH-R<SB>2</SB>and having 1-10 melt flow rate at 230°C (JIS K 6760). A molded product of the resin composition has 500-1,500 MPa flexural modulus,≤10 mg wear loss and <0.1 coefficient of dynamic friction according to the sliding wear test (JIS K 7218 type A).
