PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter apparatus that performs lighting from an obliquely upward part on a dial, reduces the number of components, can reduce the cost, and can improve the assembling workability. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode 53 is mounted to a substrate 50 arranged on the back surface of the dial 10, a light guide member 70 is disposed over a lower case 40 and an upper case 30, an incident part 71a of the light guide member 70 is arranged facedly to the light emitting diode 53, and an emitting section 71b is arranged in front of and obliquely upward on the dial 10 so that the light coming from the incident part 71a can be emitted toward the dial 10.
