PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh screen capable of preventing ink leak out even when used for an excessive long period of time and prolonging the timing for exchanging parts, a plate cylinder having the mesh screen, and a stencil printing device having the plate cylinder. SOLUTION: In the mesh screen 25 wound around the outer peripheral face of the plate cylinder 18 having a porous supporting plate 24, the junction portion of an ink-permeable member 25a passing through ink and an ink-impermeable member 25b not passing through the ink is covered with a covering member 26.
