PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide skies or a snowboard which has a better curving behavior making themselves or itself changeable attributed to side edge geometry or being hollowed by achieving a characteristic of changing manually and/or according to loads. SOLUTION: The skies (2) or the snowboard is provided with at least one slit (14) which is extended almost parallel with a sliding plate at the central part across the width (13) of it and further to a running surface lining (10) in depth (15) from the upper side (7) of the sliding plate thereby reducing the lateral strength of the sliding plate with a weakened sectional surface, a platelike force transmission member (44) which is built sideways across the slit (14) and extended exceeding 50% as much as the length of the sliding plate and at least one geometry adjusting means (19) for the shape of the sectional surface of the sliding plate or causing a hollowing which supports the plate force transmission member (44) it has so as to transmit a load to the upper side (7) of the sliding plate at least at a part of its extension, thereby making it changeable manually and/or according to loads.
