PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the inside diameter to the size of a finger in a simple operation and improve the wearing property of a ring-type apparatus. SOLUTION: This ring-type apparatus 1 is provided with a slider 8 projecting to an annular hollow part 11 by being operatively connected with a simple operation for rotationally turning a ring member 4 having a cam groove and can respond to the various sizes of fingers of users. A side cover 2 forming a part of a housing 1a of this ring-type apparatus is formed with recesses 12a and 12b in two parts 11b and 11c of a circumferential edge 11a of the annular hollow part 11 to escape the flesh part of a finger deformed by the pushing of the slider 8 to the recess parts 12a and 12b and reduce a user's oppressing feeling of the finger. This ring-type apparatus 1 is disposed with an elastic cushion member 9 in a part opposite to the slider 8 and receives the finger pushed by the slider 8 with the soft cushion members 9 to reduce the burden on the finger and improve the comfort when being worn.
