PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine installation mechanism, when installing a Pachinko game machine in a game island using existing island equipment, capable of easily disposing the game machine at an intended gradient angle and, even if an impact is applied to the game machine, scarcely changing the gradient angle. SOLUTION: Holes 20 and 22 are bored in the upper and lower faces of a machine frame 11 respectively formed at the outer edge of the Pachinko game machine 2, the machine frame 11 is disposed with an upper spacer 24 having a projection part 25 to be fitted in the hole 20 in its upper face, and a lower spacer 26 having a projection part 27 to be fitted in the hole 22 in its lower face, and first faces 24a and 26a of the spacers 24 and 26 abutting on the machine frame 11 and second faces 24b and 26b abutting on island frames 4 and 5 are constituted to form a prescribed angle so that, when the Pachinko game machine 2 is installed between the upper island frame 4 and the lower island frame 5 of the game island 3, the Pachinko game machine is easily inclined relative to the upper/lower island frames 4 and 5 at a prescribed angle.
