PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit for detecting opening/closing of door in a game machine which can effectively block the fraudulence committed by opening the front door of the game machine without requiring its mounting work on the game machine, especially inside a cabinet of the game machine. SOLUTION: The sensor unit is fixed above each of game machines installed in a game parlor and can sense the opening state of the front door of the game machine. Arranged by protruding ahead of the front door above the game machine, the sensor recognizes the closure of the front door at its start.
