PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member management system for increasing the number of members of a game parlor. SOLUTION: In a member management system 3, IC chip identification information "IDm" is read out from an IC chip 81 incorporated in a mobile phone 80 by a reader/writer 75 of a member card processor 70, and the IC chip identification information "IDm" is registered with a temporary member management table 14b as member identification information by a member management T/C10, so that a game customer can complete a member registration only with an operation of holding his mobile phone 80 over the reader/writer 75.
