A boosting converter (242) and a boosting control unit (310) are mounted on a vehicle. A failure diagnosis unit (311) performs a failure diagnosis of an atmospheric pressure sensor (250) according to a detection result (PA) of the atmospheric pressure sensor (250) and an intake air pressure sensor (126) which detects the intake air pressure changing according to the change of the atmospheric pressure. A boosting control unit (310)controls an output voltage (VH) of the boosting converter (242) according to the detection result of the atmospheric pressure sensor (250) and the intake air pressure sensor (126).
