<p>A manual operation device that enables a user to naturally perform shift operation of a manual transmission by a switch. The shift operation device (2) has the manual transmission (1) for shifting operated by moving coupling sleeves (3, 5) through synchronization by a synchronizing mechanism, a shift motor (23), a selection motor (25), an upshift paddle (123) or a downshift paddle (125) for controlling operation of the shift motor (23) and the selection motor (25), and a shift controller (26) for controlling operation of the shift motor (23) and the selection motor (25). The shift operating device is characterized by having an operation reaction force motor (115) capable of imparting operating reaction force to operation of the upshift paddle (123) and the downshift paddle (125) and also having an operation reaction force control part (shift controller (26)) for controlling the operation reaction force motor (115) so as to generate operation reaction force according to reaction force produced when the coupling sleeves (3, 5) are moved.</p> |
