A rapid stirring apparatus for producing chloride solution is provided to produce the chloride solution for removing snow of the road, at the optimal concentration quickly by rapidly mixing and stirring solid chloride and water. In a rapid stirring apparatus(100) for producing chloride solution, a stirring tank(110) of predetermined volume contains solid chloride and the water supplied through solid chloride and water supply pipes. A first stirring unit(120) has a rotary shaft(122) rotatably installed in the stirring tank, turned by a motor(128), and vertically mounted in the center of the stirring tank; a stirring blade(124) installed at the rotary shaft; and barriers(126) installed on the inner wall of the stirring tank at regular intervals. The first stirring unit makes the chloride solution of desirable concentration by firstly mixing and stirring solid chloride and the water. A second stirring unit(130) comprises a spiral blade(132) disposed at the lower part of the stirring blade and installed at the rotary shaft to circulate the chloride solution in the stirring tank and guide pieces(134a,134b) installed on an inner wall of the stirring tank adjacent to the stirring blade and inclined downward to the center. The second stirring unit secondly mixes and stirs the chloride solution with circulating the chloride solution by the spiral blade. A third stirring unit(140) has first, second, and third rotary blades(142,144,146) installed at the rotary shaft and arranged at the lower part of the spiral blade adjacent to a discharge port of the stirring tank to discharge the chloride solution. The third stirring unit thirdly mixes and stirs the chloride solution discharged through the discharge port and ejects the chloride solution at the predetermined concentration.
