<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by simplifying the shape of a protective cap which prevents a vertical pump to a container body from being removed, and in addition, to enable only a specified person to move the protective cap without requiring a fixture to expose a cap for fitting. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid discharging container consists of a container body 1, a pump 3, and a flexible protective cap 12 which covers the cap 5 for fitting. In this case, the pump 3 is attached in such a manner that the cap 5 for fitting is screwed with the external side of the upper end mouth section 2 of the container body 1. For the protective cap 12, a hole section 13 through which the cylindrical section 8 of the pump 3 passes is formed at the center of the upper end. On the lower end surface of the protective cap 12, a small recess section 14 for marking is formed at two locations at the positions being divided into two in the peripheral direction. At the same time, a claw piece 15 which is fastened to the lower end surface of the cap 5 for fitting is formed at a position between the recess sections 14 for marking at the two locations. In addition, on the internal surface of the protective cap 12, a rib 16 in the vertical direction which comes into contact with the external surface of the cap 5 for fitting is formed at a position between the recess section 14 for marking and the claw piece 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
