PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a resistor arranged in a branching connector in a circuit, and improve assembling workability and productivity. SOLUTION: In the branching connector 10 installed at a position that a plurality of branch lines are branch-connected from a trunk line, a bus bar 30 equipped with a joint part 30a in which in a connector housing 11, a terminal part 30b for trunk line connection is protrusively installed, a plurality of terminal materials 20 for branch line connection arranged opposite to the joint part 30a of the bus bar 30, and a resistor material formed from a pressurized conductive rubber sheet 41 or an anisotropic conductive sheet which is made interposed between the respective terminal materials 20 for the branch line connection and the joint part 30a of the bus bar 30 and in which the terminal materials 20 for the branch line connection and the joint part 30a are conducted are housed.
