PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that static electricity entering from a gap between a metal cover insulation coated on the surface and an insulating member installed so as to close the aperture opened on the metal cover enters into the device, and thereby, prevent an error operation of the device and damage of the device by electrostatic noises. SOLUTION: At least a part of the insulation coat of an internal wall part in the vicinity of an aperture of a metal cover insulation coated on the surface is removed and static electricity entering from the outside is guided to the portion of the metal exposed by removing, and by making it work like a lightning rod, static electricity is prevented from entering into the device.
