PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor of associating work between requirements managed by a requirement management system representing requirements of another specification possibly affected by a change of a specification. SOLUTION: The inter-requirement link setting support system is provided with means 21 and 22 receiving designation of a specification and a requirement as a link source from a user, a means 23 extracting a keyword from the designated requirement, means 24-27 reading a specification as a link destination, extracting requirements including the extracted keyword, and displaying a list of them as link destination candidates, and means 27 and 33 receiving selection of a requirement as the link destination among the listed link destination candidates from the user and storing it along with the requirement as the link source as link information.
