PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing apparatus which allows efficient production of a thermoplastic resin molded foam plate suitable for use in a concrete panel or the like, and a foam extrusion molding method of the molded foam plate. SOLUTION: In a foam extrusion molding process, a foamed thermoplastic molten resin is cooled and solidified quickly by accelerating the cooling solidification of a molded article in such a way that; putting a low-temperature liquefied gas and/or antifreeze liquid as a coolant through a cooling board 7 of a sizing apparatus 6 that regulates dimension of the molded article and performs cooling solidification, while forming the cooling board 7 from a preliminary cooling section 8 and a main cooling section 9 and setting temperature of the preliminary cooling section 8 higher than that of the main cooling section 9 so as not to inhibit the foaming.
