PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone reduced in the space of an operation pad without changing the number and the size of operation keys. SOLUTION: (1) (Some of) operation keys are arranged in an annular manner. This annular region is defined as an area A. (2) When (some of) operation keys are annularly arranged in the above (1), a hollow region, an area B is naturally generated. (Some of) operation keys are also arranged in the area B.
