PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat display device which is suppressed from shaken when rotating a display part by a rotational driving mechanism, by controlling rotation with a motor. SOLUTION: When driving by a swivel mechanism is started, a voltage supplied from a power source voltage supply circuit 14 to a motor driving IC 12 is changed so as to have a higher voltage value. When driving by the swivel mechanism is stopped, the voltage supplied from the power source voltage supply circuit 14 to the motor driving IC 12 is changed so as to have a lower voltage value. Thus an operation voltage of a motor 13 due to the motor driving IC 12 is gently switched when starting and stopping the driving by the swivel mechanism, whereby shakes of the display part can be suppressed.
