PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio device structured so that air can smoothly enter and leave main body while suppressing the opening diameter of a ventilation path to the minimum. SOLUTION: An audio device 1 is provided with a main body part 2 and a leg part 3, and a battery box 6 or a controller 12 or the like are incorporated in the main body part 2. The leg part 3 is provided with an inclined surface 3h inclined to the extending direction of a vertical through-hole 51 for ventilation therein the vertical through-hole 51 for ventilation is opened.
