PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate and an electronic device capable of improving a waveform distortion and ringing with an inexpensive configuration without damaging reliability. SOLUTION: The substrate is provided with an insulating layer 12, a wiring connection section 11 to which a signal wiring section 11a and a part connection land section 11b of different widths are connected formed on one surface of the insulating layer 12, and a ground section 13 to which a signal wiring facing section 13a and a part connection land facing section 13b of different widths formed on a surface on an opposed side of the insulating layer 12 as opposed to the wiring connection section 11. Impedance between the signal wiring section 11a and the part connection land section 11b can be kept constant by allowing the signal wiring section 11a of narrow width and the signal wiring facing section 13a of broad width to correspond to each other and disposing the part connection land section 11b of broad width and the part connection land facing section 13b of narrow width so as to correspond to each other.
