PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball tray arrangement structure of a game machine, which is capable of easily opening a ball shooting device, easily attaching/detaching a lower tray to a main body frame, maintaining a state of closing the lower tray without mounting a special locking mechanism, and arranging the lower tray with simple structure. SOLUTION: A ball tray arrangement structure of a game machine 1 is comprised of an upper tray 3 and a lower tray 4 arranged in a main body frame. The lower tray 4 is formed to a shape for opening the front side of a ball shooting device arranged on the left lower side of the main body frame and is attached in front face side of the main body frame by sliding the lower tray to the right and engaging an engaging part 42 to an engaged part 21 in the main body frame after arranging the lower tray in front face side of the main body frame. The upper tray 3 is openable and closeable centering the left end part with the main body frame, and is formed to a shape for covering the front side of the ball shooting device and flopping over the front face side of a top end part 411B and a left end part 411A in a lower tray panel part 41 of the lower tray 4.
