PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ground improvement effect in a static press-in compaction construction method, by improving a press-in method of an injection material. SOLUTION: The injection material is alternately forcibly fed to adjacent two injection pipes from a special injection pump. Thus, the ground interposing in an intermediate area of the two injection pipes, alternately receives a load of one side press-in and a load of the other side press-in, and also alternately receives a stress release by step-up of one side injection pipe and a stress release by step-up of the other side injection pipe.
