PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner subpipe joint capable of being easily installed and an inner subpipe device provided with it to reduce a burden on workers installing the inner subpipe device. SOLUTION: This inner subpipe joint 3 is provided with an inner subpipe joint body 4 and a mounting base 5. The inner subpipe joint body 4 is provided with an introduction port for introducing sewage into the inside, a drain port 32 for draining the sewage in the inside outside, and a flange part 36 protruding toward an outer side in the radial direction from an outer peripheral fringe of the introduction port. The mounting base 5 is composed of a plate-like body and is provided with an opening part 41. A substantially U-shaped receiving part 42 is formed in an outer peripheral part of the opening part 41 to protrude from below and side of the opening part 41.
