PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which facilitates the construction of a complex building having a multistoried structure by vertical stacking, and hardly transmitting a noise. SOLUTION: This building 10 is formed through the following steps: a rectangular parallelepiped-lattice structure 15 is formed by vertically and horizontally arranging a plurality of columnar materials 11 and 12 and a beam material 13 and welding a plurality of nodes 14 to one another; and plate materials 16f, 16c and 16w are mounted on the floor surface, ceiling surface and wall surface of the lattice structure 15, respectively. A passage 17, which passes through front-side and backside wall surfaces as a pair of wall surfaces facing each other, is provided. Upper and lower ends of the columnar material 11 are protruded from the top surface and undersurface of a lattice structure 15, respectively, and a binding plate 20 with a through-hole is horizontally fixed to each of the upper and lower ends of the columnar material 11. The binding plate 20 wider than a cross section of the columnar material 11 is mounted in the state of becoming eccentric to the inside of the building 10, and the through-hole is arranged on the protrusive side.
