PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit players to remove balls from a lower tray and an upper tray without touching the balls. SOLUTION: If a lifting operating body 15 is operated without a lower door operating body 8 being opened with a lifting motor 12 stopped, a ball lifter 11 gets into the mode of lifting balls from the lower tray 2 to the upper tray 1. If the lower door operating body 8 is opened and the lifting operating body 15 is operated with the lifting motor 12 stopped, the lifter 11 gets into the mode of discharging balls remaining inside a lifting housing 10 to the upper tray 1. If the lifting operating body 15 is operated without operating the lower door operating body 8 with the lifting motor 12 driven, the lifter 11 gets into the mode of leaving the balls inside the lifting housing 10. If the lower door operating body 8 is opened and the lifting operating body 15 is operated with the lifting motor 12 driven, the lifter 11 stops after lifting balls for a specified period and the lifter 11 gets into the mode of not leaving the balls inside the lifting housing 10.
