摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus capable of suppressing the deterioration of measurement accuracy of time interval due to stains on a reflection surface of a polygon mirror when controlling relative light emission timing of plural light-emitting elements within one scan period on the basis of the time interval of plural detection signals output by an optical sensor which receives plural laser beams deflected by the polygon mirror.SOLUTION: A BD (beam detector) 207 is disposed on a scan start side and a BD208 is disposed on a scan end side, and laser beams from plural light-emitting elements are made incident to the BD208, and then the time interval of plural detection signals output by the BD208 is measured. The light emission timing based on the image data of each light-emitting element within one scan period using the BD207 as a reference is controlled on the basis of the time interval measurement result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
