PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus capable of adjusting the height of a hanger for hanging a draining person and also enhancing ability to mitigate an impact with respect to the training person.SOLUTION: A training apparatus 1 includes: a frame 2; a hanger 6 for hanging a training person; a support wire 4; an impact mitigation device 40; and a height adjustment device 20. The support wire 4 supports the hanger 6 in a hung state. The impact mitigation device 40 is fixed to the frame 2, is arranged on the opposite side of a side supporting the hanger 6 in the support wire 4, and mitigates force to be applied to the support wire 4. The height adjustment device 20 is arranged between the hanger 6 and the impact mitigation device 40 in the support wire 4 and adjusts the height of the hanger 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
