A non-360 degree driving brushless motor comprises a motor rotor mounted with permanent magnets, a motor stator winded with coils and a reducer connected axially to the motor rotor. The output torsion of the motor is changed by separately changing the number of turns of the coils of the motor stator, the output torsion of the motor is changed by separately changing the number of permanent magnets of the motor rotor, or the output torsion of the motor changed by changing both of the number of turns of the coils of the motor stator and the number of permanent magnets of the motor rotor.
