A method for manufacturing the natural persimmon dyeing textile is provided to realize the variety of colors having soft texture without performing complicated dyeing processes, and to reduce the generation of the environmental pollution. A textile is manufactured by dyeing with a persimmon juice as a base dyeing material. All kinds of persimmon without seed are used to produce the persimmon juice. A base yarn(10) is digested in the persimmon dye tub for concentrating installed in a sizing part(20), and is sizing-performed at the first process. A warp beam(15) is generated by treating the sized base yarn with a light irradiation at the second process. A weft is added to the warp beam for weaving the textile, and the light irradiation is performed again simultaneously with weaving at the third process. The light irradiation at the second and the third process is performed by an ultra violet rays base, and a heater is selectively used. A natural dyeing yarn or a persimmon dyeing yarn is used as the weft at the third process. |
