The device has a transmitting antenna (3) radiating waves in an area, and a receiving antenna (4), which receives the waves, which are reflected and scattered by an object, from the area. A receiving circuit (5) measures the receiving waves taken up by the antenna to produces a received signal. A Fourier transformation circuit (6) extracts the received signal within a given time interval and computes Fourier transformed received signals. An integration circuit (13) integrates the Fourier transformed received signals, which are computed in several time intervals, in each of same frequencies.
